Yes, the Design Center is open by appointment only.
Depending on the stage of construction, you may have one to two appointments, though most of our homebuyers are able to complete their selections in a single appointment.
During your visit, we’ll explore every detail to personalize your home, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplashes, flooring, and paint. We’ll also cover stairs, fireplaces and mantels, doors and trim, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and those special touches that make your space uniquely yours.

Homebuyers can explore interactive floorplans, allowing them to customize layouts and visualize their future home's design. The interactive color tool provides an opportunity to design your home online by experimenting with various color schemes for both interiors and exteriors.
